Coloury and bright, from the Western slopes of Ceylons famous tea country. This tea possesses good Ceylon character tempered with reasonable strength. Like wine, each tea has very particular character and words cannot always describe the infinite and detailed variations from one to another; a good tea for a fairly advanced tea drinker. A perfect example of Western teas. A purist would drink this tea without milk or sugar, although we would recommend a touch of fresh milk if your palate is unused to fresh Ceylon Tea. Add sugar to taste. A good breakfast tea.
